Dear everyone,. I hope that your week is all going excellent this week! I hope that all of your holidays are going well and you're all enjoying a break! We have been doing really well recently and teaching a lot and finding new investigators. Some of them are a little hesitant, which is really sad, but we continue to work our hardest! These past few weeks we havent had much of a chance to email, cause we have weird Pdays over the holidays. But I will be back to the normal schedule on Monday! So no worries eh? Hahah but this week we had a great Christmas and have been doing well! My favorite part was talking to my family and as I did, a part of my felt like I had never left! So it really opened my eyes to how fast this time is going! So crazy!
Anyway, this week has been really good except for one thing. I'll get to that. But we were able to help our investigator Eric set a baptismal goal for the 23rd of January and we are super pumped for that! He was really hesitant at first, because he felt that our church as a lot of restrictions, but we helped him see that once he knows that Heavenly Father is real and loves him then the rest of his concerns really disappear. Then we helped him see that through the Book of Mormon he could know if this is the only true kingdom of God on the earth! It was great and he is really progressing! It is so amazing to just see the mindset of some people slowly begin to change!
In the other suprises category the first one is that yesterday Elder Fu (The now AP who I lived with last transfer and my brother (As we were both trained by Elder Wood)) gave me a call and offered us a service opportunity in our area. We took it and went and found a crazy Aussie guy moving into government housing. He was a devote Catholic and showed us some of the things he believes and his ideals! It was really interesting to see the contrast and just learn more about other faiths! So thanks Elder Fu! Hahah but the second this is that the mission office gave me a call the other day about a 'Traffic Infringement"...Which basically means a speeding ticket! I couldn't believe it!! I got booked by a camera for going 61 in a 50! You think that I would have gotten off because spreading the gospel is a pretty good reason for speeding, but I didn't even have a cop to tell that to! It was just a call and a fine cause of a camera. Which is totally lame because I feel cheated out of the whole lights flashing and sinking feeling experience. I didn't even get to argue with the cop and tell him I wasn't speeding and then have him tell me he was going to lower the speed I was going to be nice to me. I didn't get that whole experience! Like what a joke! But Dad, I am going to have to pay for that out of my personal card, so I am really sorry! It was on December 8th and my new years resolution is definitely to pay attention and abide by the posted speed hahaha. So I just hope I didn't get another one between December 8th and now. Cause I didn't even know I was speeding on that road! So that is really sad, but I'm not getting too down on it. At least I didn't pull through the double lines for the car pool lane and then to the left side...(Thats for you Elder Jensen ;)) Love and miss you all! Have a great week!

It's a little weird to just have members that are going to school. Cause they all are young enough to be my friends, so it's just kind of fun! And we can laugh and joke and stuff and so thats really good! Plus they are all really willing to help me with Chinese which I am really grateful for. If I could stay in Sunnybank my whole mission I probably would haha.
The Christmas zone conference was great! We didn't watch any movies or anything. In fact the theme was consecration. So we're kind of on the opposite end of the spectrum! But it was really good! And the lunch was really quite good also! Then we had to shop on boxing day and it took us 40 minutes to park! It was crazy! Hahah but yeah, all goods, all goods. I think you all look great too! It felt like I hadn't even left when I saw you all! Kinda opened my eyes to how fast this all goes! Love you and have a happy new year!
