This week was really good! We didn't have much success talking to the Aussie population. In fact, usually they just swear at us. Doesn't matter if we go door knocking or if we are just talking to people at the bus stop, it seems like they have all seen us and don't want to talk to us haha. But on Wednesday, the sisters in our area gave us a couple of doors of Chinese people who they had knocked into that weren't interested, but we all thought that if we spoke Chinese with them it might change their hearts. So we went to the first one and there was no one home. But as we were walking back to our car, there was this really nice Australian lady who had no interest in what we were sharing, but did stop to talk to us for like 20 seconds. So I asked here if the area had any Chinese people we could talk to. She said there was one like 2 kilometers away at house 99. That was pretty specific and we were excited that she knew of one. So we went.
When we knocked, there was a 16 year old kid that answered the door from China and he listened to us and then in the middle of the conversation, I just felt like I should ask if we could come in...so I did and we was like "Oh yeah of course!" (In Chinese of course ;)) But it was really so cool and so nice to be let in to a door for the first time haha. So we sat down and he told us he had some stuff in like 10 minutes, but we could share really quick. So we talked about Jesus Christ and then taught him how to pray. Then we set up another appointment and committed him to pray! He actually seemed pretty keen too, cause he asked if he could keep the pamphlet and get our phone number! So it was really good and we are excited to see him next week!
Then, to continue miracle Wednesday we went to the next referral and actually caught his Chinese friend going into his house. I talked to him in Chinese and he was totally blown away. So I was pretty happy I did my language study that morning ;) haha but he gave us his number and wants to come to a church activity or something! So yeah! Great Wednesday!
Other than that, the other great thing is that we went to the church last Pday and played basketball and we are doing it again today! There isn't anyone around to play with so it is just the two of us, but I just love being in the gym! It really relives my stress haha. So this week was really good and we have some prospects!
Hope you all have a great week! I know that the Lord has a plan for each and every one of us! This is his work and he is preparing people to receive the gospel all of the time! We just have to be looking!

But sounds like life is still going there in Utah! How is the weather? Cause it has been hot AS here. Like really. Hahah but no worries! Cause we found 2 new investigators this week! One is Chinese and the other is Korean! So we hope that we can get a hold of a Korean BOM before wednsday hahah. And we also are working with some of our other investigators as they come back from Chinese New Year, but we still have like 12 I haven't met yet. Its funny cause when I came into the mission, the Sunnybank 1 area was killing it. They had heaps of investigators and taught tons. Then I came and it dropped. Same thing when I came to Mudgreeba. I thought that I would get a break from contacting, but all of our investigators just have disappeared. Maybe Heavenly Father is just going to teach me a lesson of two years of hard work and disappointment. I thought I had that lesson in High School when I got cut though....Hahaha maybe it didn't sink in ;) Oh well! I also can't figure out why I'm not baptizing. I'm doing everything I can, but everywhere I go, the baptisms just stop. I'm like a liability! Hahahah I don't know. But other than that the work is going pretty good eh? Just hoping to get a baptism sometime soon! Also, not getting down, so no worries! I love you!

I'm really stoked for Elder Anderson to come too and I'm really just so so excited for General Conference! I've never been this excited for it before hahah. But we also have interviews with President this week I think, so it'll be really good to sit down and talk with him about the area and what I can do to become better! So I don't know if it is this week, but I am really hoping that it is! Thank you so much for the email and I hope that mission prep went well. There was another thing that I thought of. There is a missionary in our mission who baptized like 7 people in his first five months. But he said he was so miserable for those 5 months because he wasn't talking to anyone. He was just too scared to open his mouth and share with everyone and he said that although he was baptizing, he was not very happy. Then he contrasted it to now and I can relate, that when you really just get out there and talk to everyone about you know, you are always happy. Baptisms will come or they wont. Investigators will keep commitments or they wont. But what I can control is getting out and sharing with everyone. So I just remember that I just have to D&C 123:17 it! Hope that helps! Love you!
